Established in 1977, Mitkom Ltd. was a partnership amongst two architects and a civil engineer. Mitkom has since managed a number of projects and developments. The company is currently family owned by one of the founding architects, Mr. Ziya Necati Özkan, M. Arch. whose architectural and enginnering office has signed off many successful projects. The most recent project of Mitkom is a new development that consists of a luxury apartment block of fifty-two flats, namely, Court LII which has a distinctive design that sets it out of the ordinary apartment blocks. Furthermore, it is built on land with original Turkish (pre-74) title deed which bears no confusion regarding any compensation and provides full confidence in this particular investment project.
